If you needed an example for a person who has got it all and still wants more , not because of greed but because of sheer hunger to be called the best there is , then that person is none other than the King of Bollywood , Shahrukh Khan . He is the true king and ruler of Bollywood in each aspect , be it money , respect , love or abilities and focus.
Shahrhukh built his career from being a very poor kid who used to borrow money watch films and only is determination to achieve more every day as got him to where he is at this point in his life , which for many is the epitome of greatness . But for SRK , even that is not enough as he looks to expand his already larger than life empire of wealth and business and venture into the field of Real Estate.
Shahrukh has decided to launch this business in Dubai because of the love , land and power he has there . He has decided to involve his wife Gauri Khan publically into it too. SRK was recently seen with Gauri Khan in Dubai , riding in the back of their huge white limo through Dubai with style and flair . The car carried the ‘King Khans Design’ logo too .
The Khans launched their real estate project titled 'Royal Estates by Shah Rukh Khan' at the Madinat Jumeirah , in Dubai. Shah Rukh Khan will be the face of the luxury township, which includes more than 2000 units in a 2.3 million-square-foot gated community in Dubai Investments Park .
Shahrukh is an elite in Dubai and among its locals and has a lot of power and land there along with countless die hard fans . With his latest star studded movie Happy New Year coming up this year , Sharhrukh and the entire crew decided to proceed with promotional activities at a local and global level . When it comes to international activities and specially promotion , Shahrukh Khan’s prime location is Dubai .
“The Royal Estates by SRK, designed by celebrity architect Tony Ashai and interior decorator Gauri Khan, is located next to the iconic Expo 2020 site at Dubai World Central and features two, four and five-bedroom townhouses, apartments, office units, retail outlets and a luxury hotel spread over two million square feet. Prices for apartments and townhouses start at Dh450, 000 and Dh1.6 million, respectively, and sales began on Thursday,” media reported
The movie Happy New year consists of a multi star cast with the likes of Deepika , Shahrukh , Jackie Shroff , Karan Johar and Directed by Farah Khan. Shahrulkh even launched the trailer of another film he features in , named ‘Ekkees Toppon ki Salaami’ .
All these trailers and promotional activities at this time of the year is an excellent business strategy which will also most certainly help him boost his newly launched real estate business .
